Shannon Garrett

Personal Trainer, Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach, and STRONG by Zumba Instructor

Shannon is a Certified canfitpro Personal Trainer, a canfitpro Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach, a STRONG by Zumba Instructor, an Ironman athlete, a University basketball athlete, has run numerous marathons, and has competed for Team Canada in the World Long Distance Duathlon Championship. She is also an Economist so she can help you budget for your health!


Improved fitness, body transformations, and weight loss are Shannon's specialities. Her goal is to get you, the client, to a place where you feel happy, strong, and confident with who you are. 


If you are ready to make a healthy lifestyle change and need motivation and coaching to stay the course, Shannon is the Coach for you!

Cheryl Foster

Personal Trainer, and Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach

Cheryl is a certified canfitpro Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach with many years of personal experience in the field of health and wellness. She has a Kinesiology Degree, an Education degree and is a licensed teacher in Alberta and Nova Scotia. She has taught, coached, mentored and motivated people towards their individual goals in a variety of environments.


She is passionate about helping people achieve their weight loss goals in a safe, sustainable and real-world fashion. No fasting, no gimmicks, no magic pills, no eliminating and no ‘dieting’. She is excited about sharing her personal experience in the field of nutrition as it relates to long-term, permanent weight loss.



Cheryl is dedicated to helping you help yourself. She knows how to lose weight properly and safely as well as how to change your thinking. She will help you overcome your roadblocks keeping you from optimal health.

"I met with Cheryl on January 4th, 2017.  I was looking to lose 15lbs after losing and gaining ~10lbs every year since having kids.  I needed something that was going to work for everyday life with a hectic schedule, two kids, and only one hour a day to exercise.  After my first meeting with Cheryl, I knew that my plan was going to be managable for my lifestyle.  She had realistic expectations of what I would and wouldn't be able to do with the time I had for meal prep.  I wasn't going to make one meal for me and another for my family, so she showed me how to make small changes to our favourite dishes to make them better for all of us.  And most importantly, she never expected me to give up any of the foods I love.  (What kind of meal plan allows you to eat chocolate?!)  By May I had lost 15lbs and over the summer, on my own, I was able to lose another 2 lbs and I haven't had any problem keeping it all off.  I still enjoy pizza nights, desserts, and the occasional drinks!  Cheryl introduced me to a new way of looking at how I eat- to make smarter, healthier choices more often so there is room to indulge (because there will always be a reason for cake ;) )
